Record Sales Highlight Strong Investor Demand for Waterfront Living in Abu Dhabi

Ohana Development, a leading UAE luxury real estate developer, has achieved Dh6 billion in sales within just 72 hours for Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, a gated waterfront community along Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi, setting a new sales benchmark in the emirate.

Investors queued at the launch, with 35% being Emiratis and 65% expatriates and international buyers. Due to the overwhelming demand, Ohana Development plans to release additional inventory soon.
