Dubai’s property sector continues to evolve with a stronger focus on long-term quality and buyer protection. In a move that could reshape post-handover standards in the market, Mira Developments has introduced a five-year maintenance warranty for all residential projects delivered from 2026 onwards.
The initiative, launched under the Mira Care programme, covers essential building systems and structural components, including major MEP installations, lighting systems, and interior finishes such as paintwork. Homeowners will also receive a three-year warranty on branded loose furniture, extending protection beyond the conventional handover period and offering greater peace of mind for buyers and investors.
The decision places Mira Developments among the few developers in the UAE offering such extended maintenance coverage as a standard policy across its project pipeline. By formalising long-term maintenance commitments, the company aims to reduce ownership challenges, protect property value, and enhance the lifespan of residential assets.
According to Timur Mamaikhanov, Co-Founder and CEO of Mira Developments, the extended warranty reflects the company’s long-term approach to quality assurance and customer responsibility. He noted that the company’s vertically integrated structure allows it to maintain strict oversight over building standards and performance even after project delivery.
All Mira Developments projects are delivered through its in-house construction division, M1 Construction, enabling full control over materials, execution, and construction quality. This integrated model reduces reliance on external contractors and ensures consistent technical standards throughout the development lifecycle.
The Mira Care warranty framework will apply to all current and future Mira Developments projects across Europe and the Middle East, reinforcing the developer’s commitment to consistent quality and long-term ownership experience across international market
