Burj Azizi Apartments Start at Dh4.97 Million as Dubai Prepares for World’s Second-Tallest Tower

Dubai’s luxury property market is set to reach new heights as Azizi Developments announced updated pricing for residences at Burj Azizi, with apartments starting from Dh4.97 million. Rising to 725 metres across 140 storeys on Sheikh Zayed Road, the landmark tower is scheduled for completion in 2029 and will become the world’s second-tallest building.

The development will offer one- to three-bedroom apartments, alongside ultra-luxury penthouses occupying the uppermost levels with dedicated private lobbies. Residents will have access to resort-style amenities, including swimming pools, a spa, a fully equipped gym and yoga centre, a cinema, games room, and curated retail and dining outlets — creating a fully integrated vertical lifestyle destination.

Hospitality will play a central role in the tower’s positioning. An all-suite, seven-star hotel will feature seven culturally inspired restaurant concepts, a luxury ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. The project is also set to claim multiple world records, including the highest observation deck (Level 130), highest hotel lobby (Level 111), highest nightclub (Level 126), and highest restaurant (Level 122).

A dedicated museum at the top of the tower will showcase the building’s construction journey through immersive multimedia exhibits, further enhancing its cultural appeal.

Developers noted that the project reflects Dubai’s continued ambition to redefine global architectural benchmarks and strengthen its position as a premier destination for luxury real estate investment.
